SWEET TEA MICRO BAKERY was started by Chef Jenny Barber, who has been baking professionally since 2002. She trained at Le Cordon Bleu, earning a degree in patisserie and baking.
She is passionate about creating high quality, exceptional pastries.
JENNY BARBER is a native Atlantan and has a deep love for this amazing city. In addition to baking, she enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, and spending time with her wonderful family and two cats.
